Jeff has tried commercial real estate disputes for over two decades, in state and federal courtrooms and before arbitration panels nationwide. He represents developers, REITs, and multifamily owners and managers in landlord-tenant and lease defaults, construction and contractor claims, and purchase-and-sale and title fights.
He also represents financial institutions in foreclosures and related disputes where real property serves as the collateral. That courtroom experience also informs how he evaluates pending deals, helping clients spot litigation exposure and weigh potential legal risk before they close.
