Sworn in as Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery on January 7, 2025 after nomination by Gov. John Carney, following nearly two years of service as a Magistrate in Chancery. Previously a litigator at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom focused on deal litigation, corporate statutory proceedings, and contract disputes, and clerked in the Court of Chancery for Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III immediately after law school.
