Appointed to the Appellate Division, Third Department effective April 24, 2014 by Governor Andrew M. Cuomo. Previously elected to the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Fourth Judicial District in 2012, becoming only the second woman ever elected to that court, after being elected to Schenectady County Family Court in 2010. A 1996 graduate of Albany Law School.
