In its monthly loan-level report to the SEC for the period ending September 8, 2026 (Form ABS-EE, filed September 25, 2026), CITIGROUP COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE TRUST 2016-P6 reported the loan secured by Arbor Ridge in Malvern, PA as now bank-owned (REO): the trust has taken title. In the trust's previous monthly report the loan was in foreclosure.
