In its monthly loan-level report to the SEC for the period ending October 13, 2026 (Form ABS-EE, filed October 29, 2026), BBCMS Mortgage Trust 2019-C4 reported the loan secured by Meidinger Tower in Louisville, KY as in foreclosure. In the trust's previous monthly report the loan was not in foreclosure, bankruptcy or REO. The loan is split across several trusts; UBS Commercial Mortgage Trust 2019-C17 reported the same change.
