In its monthly loan-level report to the SEC for the period ending September 11, 2026 (Form ABS-EE, filed October 2, 2026), BMO 2024-C8 Mortgage Trust reported the loan secured by Texas Parkway Shopping Center in Missouri City, TX as now bank-owned (REO): the trust has taken title. In the trust's previous monthly report the loan was in foreclosure.
