Elected in 2024 as the first judge to win a seat on West Virginia's newly created Intermediate Court of Appeals, Division 1, taking office for a 10-year term on January 1, 2025. Previously a practicing attorney for 18 years, including founding White Law Offices, PLLC in 2012 after working at Jackson Kelly PLLC; clerked for Judge Joseph R. Goodwin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia from 2005 to 2006.
